I am passionate about giving companies and people the strategies and tools to grow. I am an experienced team leader and general manager with 15+ years track record managing product innovation, marketing and sales in the financial services and energy sectors, with significant experience in driving digital transformation. In prior senior roles at both Shell and AIG, I managed a number of growth and turnaround businesses, delivering business growth by digitizing product portfolios and capabilities, diversifying distribution channels and steering organizational change. I have also managed businesses globally across the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Asia and Africa, building and leading 50+ person cross-functional teams of marketing, sales and product development professionals. I am native in Portuguese and fluent in English and Spanish.
